Our story began in April 2018. After more than 20 years leading operational teams and managing catering contracts, founder Scott Wallis saw an opportunity to bring clients better value and service.

 

Leaving full-time employment, Scott took the first step by purchasing a café in Dorking. Within six months, he had successfully transformed the café into a thriving business—providing the momentum and funding to officially launch PS Catering Management in March 2019.
