I lead and manage the continued growth of PS Catering.

My key responsibilities include building excellent working relationships with both existing and prospective clients and consultants along with Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in both the education and B&I sector.

I have worked in the contract catering field for over 40 years, operating and developing solutions for B&I, Education, Healthcare and Stadia contracts, I will continue to use these experiences to introduce tailored client focused food service proposals that deliver excellent quality and consistency for future business opportunities.
